Processing from orchard to distribution

Our production process follows four stages from harvest to shipment. Every batch undergoes quality control.

    Figs dry on the tree, then in the sun on drying trays.

  2. Sorting hall: workers sort figs by hand at stainless-steel tables

    Every lot passes under UV light; suspect fruit is removed.
